Hotel Chevalier

Sony does it again

Sony made a big splash with their last big-dollar ad for their big-dollar TVs where they dropped thousands of bouncy balls down Lombard Street in San Francisco. They’ve outdone themselves with the latest installment in which they turned what appears to be a British apartment block into a giant paint fountain. Watch it.

Facial Compositing

A number of articles about research into building compostie faces have circulated around the internet recently. They generally end up with over-idealized robotic looking faces (example). This article linked on Fark is a little different — the facial composite bears a striking resemblance to Jenna Fischer from The Office.
